Day 4 of Cambodia Run 2019

The morning started well as the weather was much cooler than earlier in the week, so we had a feeling that the day would go well!

Today’s scenery was epic we were running through plantations and then rice paddies for the first 20 km. I was blown away by how stunning the countryside is here in Cambodia.

We also had to run 10 km or so on Route 6 which is the main highway from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. This was tough as the heat dialled up.

I can’t believe that we will be on Day 5 tomorrow, but we are all ready to get going again in the morning after a huge dinner this evening.

The Salween team is also going to arrive tomorrow morning, so we are looking forward to having them!
